La Palmita TULUM - Downtown apts

We are thrilled to be able to offer comfortable accommodations in a very central location for long term rentals.

Each apartment features a private balcony, en-suite bathroom, comfortable king size bed, room safe, A/C, mini fridge, access to a shared kitchen, rooftop lounge, free WiFi, a work desk, USB charging outlets, large closet, blackout shades, original murals and more.

Studio apartments have all of the above as well as a private kitchen, sofa, a bigger fridge and significantly more space.

Family apartments are larger than Suites with the same features plus a bunk bed. They do not have balconies.

We pride ourselves on being plugged in to our community, supporting local sustainability efforts, animal welfare, city beautification and other causes -big and small- that help make Tulum a great place to live and to visit. Our Art Residency program gives artists the opportunity to spend some time in paradise (email us if you would like to participate).
