Studio Apartments have all of the above as well as a private kitchen, sofa, a bigger fridge and significantly more space.
Family Apartments are larger than Suites with the same features plus a bunk bed. They do not have balconies.

Cook with Ease: Access our fully stocked indoor shared kitchen directly from the rooftop terrace. Featuring custom mosaic artwork, a gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, electric oven, cookware, and plenty of prep space, cooking here feels seamless and inspiring.
2 Bedroom Apartments are located a few blocks away in Casa Sol, our three story building downtown with an independent two-bedroom apartment on each floor. These apartments feature a great kitchen and dining area and the building sits on a lot with a verdant front yard where tropical fruit trees grow. Amenities in the fully furnished apartments include, wifi, dedicated work desks, A/C, king beds, blackout shades, USB charging stations, and access to a shared laundry room.
At La Palmita we pride ourselves on being plugged in to our community, supporting local sustainability efforts, animal welfare, city beautification and other causes -big and small- that help make Tulum a great place to live and to visit.
